Some say "an apple a day keeps the doctor away," I say once a day gourmet keeps any ailments away. As someone who works full-time and is in the midst of starting a band, there is limited time in the day. Also, as a recent college graduate living in NYC, my bank account is always dwindling. But, I always find a way to set aside some time and money to have a moment of gourmet everyday. This blog will explore my everyday gourmet experiences, and hopefully give you some tips.

Damn Good Pizza
I am not typically a person who flaunts or brags when I do something well (in this case nearly perfect). Below are the pizzas we made last night. We tried out our same crust recipe, but substituted a little cornmeal for the regular flour. It was AMAZING.
